Who am I?

Doing this in an interview format.
Why?
Don’t ask questions, that’s for the interviewer.
Her name is Gina.
No, she’s not real.

Gina: Hi, Frank. Thank you for meeting me. Ready to tell the world a little bit about yourself?

Me: Sure am, fire away Gina.

Gina: Let’s start with why I’m here. Why did you bother making this website?

Frank: Well, I’m nearing the completion of my first novel. It is called A Pocket Full of Strings, and I hope to get it published sometime next year. I created this website to establish a presence online before I finish writing.

Gina: Can you tell me anything about the book itself?

Frank: Sure, elevator pitch:

On a trip down to the city, Joe witnesses a doomed woman vanish into thin air, before he’s knocked unconscious. Shortly afterwards, he realizes that he has somehow gained a super-human ability. Joe has some fun with his new power, but before long, he finds himself far from home, thrown into an ancient conflict for the fate of the universe.

Gina: Sounds interesting, I think everyone should read it.

Frank: Me too, but I’m not getting my hopes up.

Gina: How did you get into writing?

Frank: Well, in school I was neither good at writing nor enjoyed it. Now, years later, I have stories and idea crammed into my mind brain and I want them out. So, naturally, I began writing.

Gina: Cool story bro. What have you learned on your writing journey so far?

Frank: The first thing I learned was that I was shit at writing. I’m still not great, but we’re getting there.

Gina: Can you tell me more about yourself? Interests, occupation, hobbies, are you single?

Frank: Whoah Gina, let’s nip that in the bud. I am happily engaged. As for interests, they’re pretty basic. I love sports and games. Cubs, Blackhawks, Bears, Bulls and Purdue are my sports teams. I am a big escapist when it comes to books, Tv, and movies, preferring science fiction and fantasy. Main hobby is writing, of course, but I am also running quite a bit. I taught myself how to throw boomerangs as well, but haven’t thrown the sticks in a while.

Gina: Any Pets?

Frank: Goose.

Gina: Adorable. One last question. Where can people go to contact you with any questions they might have?

Frank: There is a Get in Touch section towards the bottom of this page.

Gina: Thank you for your time Frank. Uh, how do I get out of here?

Frank: Sorry, you already asked your last question.
